Hey Dutch waiting to see a picture of those moccasins your building.Last I heard no.
Wet and stretched the leather, dry two days, cut patterns, added insoles (used barge cement), punched holes and laced up. Added extra holes to lace further up than wandering bulls video but I like them.

I was trying to maximize the hide and placing the pattern for least amount of waste.I’ve heard of pre-stretching, but I think it may be more important to place the long axis of your moccasin pattern either parallel with the spine of the hide, or exactly perpendicular to it. The leather will stretch some as the moccasin conforms to your foot, but it will stretch evenly. If you place it at an angle, stretching will be uneven, and it may not look or feel as good on your foot.
