Little help with this 36 cal Navy

A friend of mine presently passed and left me this revolver. I think with some TLC I can get it back in working order, it was very dirty and the nipples are a mess.
So, I'm trying to find out more about it.
All my other BP guns are flintlock rifles.
This is what I do know so far.
Based on the proof makers it was made in 1971.
The barrel is stamped 36 Cal Navy Model made in Italy. I believe it's an 1851 Navy with a 5" barrel.
I'm trying find out who the makers is, So I can get the correct nipples. Like I said the nipples are a mess and will have to be replaced.
I did find, what I believe is a makers mark on butt, I've attached some photo's.
Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

Need close pictures of both sides of barrel.
Correct its 1971.

I see some lettering stamped on the right side of the barrel, so at least you can rule it out as being an Uberti.

It was made by MAVI. It was the Salvinelli family and they made Italian shotguns. The maker mark is MAVI in a frame under a front on view of double barrel shotgun. They made some reproduction revolvers in the early sixties. The company was bought by Armi San Marco. Around 1975 the Salvinelli family formed Investarm.

I bought a set for my 1851 last night from Track of the wolf.

Getting one out and measuring its shank diameter and thread pitch will be a big big help. Nipple size and pitch vary between manufacturers. Also, the OD of the base is very important, as they fit down in a recess.
