My two 45’s required some testing to optimize their performance. While both use 3F powder, one shot best with a .55gr and a 010 patch with a .445 LRB, the other 55gr of powder and a.015” patch with a .440” LRB, both lubed with TOTW Mink Oil.

I shoot a .440 ball with a .018 pocket drill patch lubed with jojoba oil and 55 grains of 3f from a Green Mountain barrel.
