That seems like an awful lot of hammering to reduce those .451 balls into a useable size... what again are the internal dimensions of that barrel?

These are not guns to go out and plink with. After a few shots, the fun is over. Any ball that will allow the barrel to screw down over snuggly, is the right size. There is no patch.
