What is the drill bit size, to make a loading block for a 25 or a 30 caliber rifle

I would guess that a 1/4 in. bit would work for .25 cal.

19/64 inch bit .2980 (tight)
5/16 inch bit .3125 (loose)

Yes, but it only goes down to .32 caliber. He asked for .25 or .30 caliber.
