I was wondering if anyone has a set of plans for a pistol loading stand or know of a link.
I know i can buy a stand for under $20, but would prefer to make my own since i have seveal different size of pistols.

Mine is a L shape with a slot on the back peice that has a silding U shaped piece of wood that you can move up and down to fit your size of barrel. Has a same size U piece on bottom board(fixed) to set to set end of pistol butt in. Has a wing-nut to lock the U piece that holds barrel. Best I can do, hope you can get the picture. If you get the post that are on here it will help. Dilly

Here's a picture of one I made a few years ago out of scrap wood.

greetings poor,

on e-bay there is a guy named 'bogg'. he has a folding pistol stand for 13.00. bought one myself. was surprised at the work this guy did for the money. it's varnished and has leather where the gun touches the gun.

he also has a lot of other ml stuff at very good prices. i'm an acesseory holic so got one of everything he had. was not unsatisfied..

..ttfn..grampa..

For a little loading block for a Revolver, this folding block is pretty easy to make and only cost the price of some spare wood, a bit of stick on suede and a hinge:
