I've been a lurker on the site for quite a while now so I figured that it might be time to introduce myself. I've been into black powder since my early teens. Which isn't that long compared to others here as I'm only 28. What really got me into black powder were two of my great uncles, and my dad. One of my great uncles builds custom muzzleloaders, although not too many anymore. I was blessed to catch the black powder fever at an early age you might say. I'm originally from TX, but I've been in NC for the last 6 years. My wife and I are currently in the process of moving to SW Virginia. In the past couple of years I have rediscovered my love of black powder and everything that goes with it. I am currently finishing up my first gun build, and I look forward to many more. My only problem is what I will build next! I'm thinking either a .36 caliber flint poor boy, or a .62 caliber smoothbore fowler. If I can't pick, I might have to do both. I generally don't post much, but I do read almost everything so that I can learn as much as i can. I look forward to continue gathering all of the information that the forum has to offer! I will also be posting some pictures of my hack jobs  as I start and finish them. At my pace, it will probably be one a year! :haha:

For the longest time, I've had the feeling that somebody was looking over my shoulder. :hmm:

Welcome to the ML Forum. Looking forward to seeing pics of your project. GW

Welcome and oh yeah the fever is rising back up for you. For many it's a life long thing. Happy days ahead. Look foward to your future posts/builds.
