You might try plugging the touch hole (vent pick, tooth pick, or small feather) when loading with the 4F. It might even help with 3F and these small charges, depending on just how large the vent is. If you use a tooth pick, be careful not to break it off in the vent - I've done that when using them in cleaning the barrel.

BTW, "T" size shot is .20", "BBB" is .19". Lead shot in these sizes is not common, but apparently still available.

the .20 round ball that i found is actually designed for 20 cal bb guns and are avalible through pyramid air and are resonably inexpensive
 
I was with Jeff at the range Saturday. I gotta tell you, this is one sweet little gun. The fit and finish is spectacular. The silver wire inlay work is a sight to behold. We need pics, Jeff!
