Check with Dixie Gun works. They used to sell oversize 1/4x28 nipples. You also buy one of their rifle nipple wrenches to seat the oversize nipple. Dixied described it in their catalog to use the "T" wrench and slowly go in an out a little at a time until the nipple is seated.
