Anyone have any experience with this mold? Would like some feedback before dropping 100.00 ish for one. How was your accuracy? What twist is your barrel and what powder charge do you use?

Yup. The real question is, what is your actual, measured bore diameter and twist. The mold is fine and good quality. Whether or not it will work for your rifle is another question

I have a .58 cal 3 groove 1/60 ish twist barrel shallow groove. I don’t have a precise bore measurement.

Before you order the mold, determine your actual bore size. Many, many repops are oversize by a fair to huge margin. I've seen some "575" guns actually measure 585. Forget accuracy in that gun with a 575 bullet.

Do you have any experience with the bullet?

I had that mold and shot many of them out of three rifles. One rifle it shot really good out of and the other two it would group about 8 inches at 25 yards. It’s a good bullet if you use small target powder charges. It has a thin skirt and large powder charges blow the skirt. The reason it wouldn’t shoot in the other too rifles is because the bores were too big for it. You need to measure the bore of your gun. If your bore is larger than .577ish it won’t shoot them well at all. The rifle I have that it shot good in is a Parker hale musketoon with an exact .577 bore. My mold dropped a minie about .576 not .575. The one it wouldn’t shoot in were a euroarms zouave and a Richmond carbine. Both of which have larger bores. You gotta measure your bore and find a mold that throws a bullet that is just a smidge smaller than your bore. .001-.002 under. The twist on my Parker hale is 1-48 progressive depth rifling. This bullet is a short wad cutter type bullet which does better in a faster twist rifle like the Parker hale. I sold that mold on this site a year or so ago.

YES I DO. The mold is good quality, the bullet is not stable in my guns (and yes, it was properly sized), I don't shoot it, sold the mold.

My advice to you is to try this bullet before purchasing the mold. Go here and get a sample of the correct size-

Try the bullet first. If it works, then buy the mold.

But what do I know about shooting minies-
