I have 54 cal GPR hunter model with the 1-32 twist barrel and need a conical mould, has anyone tried the 450 gr. lyman great plains bullet mould with this twist rate and if so was it accurate? Or if not this mould were any others good with this twist? thanks in advance

If you want to cast your own go with Lee's REAL Bullet.
If you want commerecial, try either buffolo bullets of black belts.

I used them all and like the REAL a little bit better. To optimize my Real Bullets I lube them using Lee's Alox. Just follow the instructions on the label. I also seat the bullet on top of a wonder wad. I also make my own by punching 9/16 wad from the thickest wool I can find, about 1/8 " and rubbing a little bore butter on it.
