probably work but there could be subtle differences that might make it more involved than a drop-in fit.
If you want the equivalent of Lyman Trade Rifle with the cap box and double set triggers, and you want to know 100% it'll work right, buy an Investarms Hawken from Dixie Gun Works.
Cabela's used to sell the same rifle as their "Traditional Hawken." I bought one several years ago because the Lyman Trade Rifle wasn't available in a left handed version. I've since added a sling, Lyman 57ML peep sight, and Lyman 37ML front sight.

I see you have the Lyman peep on your LH rifle. I have the exact rifle and LH. Did you have to modify anything to make it work?
