Lyman Peep sight

So this not a question about peep sight but my question once you put on the peep sight and take off the buck horn sight what do you use to fill the Buck horn dove tail grove in the barrel ?

if its a 3/8 dovetail you can get a filler. if not std. 3/8 you will likely have to make your own

Brownell's has these. TOW does as well. Called "dovetail blanks" or "sight slot blanks". But depending on the size of your dovetail, you may have to file it to fit. Given that, you might think of just getting a piece of steel from Lowes, HD, or a hardware store, filing it to fit, and bluing it.
