Made meat just about everyday last week

Sunday 22 1/2 lb. turkey 8 1/2" beard 1 1/8 spurs. With 62 cal fusil
Monday 2 pheasants with E Allen & Son 12 ga. SxS percussion
Tuesday Nice doe 62 cal flintlock
Thursday 3 Huns (gray partridge) 1 sharptail,1pheasant. with JC Grub 16ga SxS percussion
Friday 3 pheasants,4 Huns, 3 Sharptail with Rod Gates 14ga SxS flintlock
Saturday 2 pheasants with 14 ga. flintlock
Great week hunting with my 2 drathaars good pointing dogs can't be beat. Didn't get to hunt Wed. had to split wood.

That stack is 50' long. Unfortunately it won't last long. All I get to burn is cottonwood, boxelder, and pine. Usually I burn 26 or 27 face cords a year. But so far a warm winter with little snow. Only about 6"s right now. But with the wind there are some 3' and 4' drifts. Have had only 5 0r 6 days below zero so far. Its 31 degrees today. So not much burning today.
