I am trying to come up with a good mahogany colored stain, I have tried several combinations but am not totally happy. Some colors are too red, and some are too brown. Does anyone have a good formula.

If your mahogany stain is too red you can add a little dark blue to it and get it closer. Too brown is a hard one to get rid of. You would have to lighten it up with yellow, then add red and blue. :m2c:
