Rudyard, wish I had seen your comment earlier...in this case you were far, far from "ones best"!
I just wish it was possible while you were behind bars, to have a brief conversation with General Washington about America's survival at Yorktown after the French between 1778 and 1782 provided desperately needed supplies, arms, ammunition, uniforms, and most importantly, reinforcements and naval support... all the while fighting off a British fleet, thereby ultimately protecting Washingtons beleaguered Continental Army in Virginia....all because of old wise intelligent Ben Franklin. Thank heavens!
Perhaps General Washington would have put in a good word for you Rudyard, for missing "ones best" by such a long shot, and just call it an old "foot in the mouth" episode.
I expect the reply to this will be long and nonsensical.
