I'm making a uniform for the Virginia Regiment from around 1757 - 1762. I am a descendant of a person that served in the Regiment during its entire service in the F&I War. I haven't invested in shoes yet so P.F. Flyers will due for now. Everything is hand sewn.

Thanks for looking, Sean.

Sean looking good but I don't think the tennis shoes would be considered PC/HC though!

I just have a hard time trimming my fur! I 'd say my gut needs to be a bit smaller too! Sooner or later I want to replace the hat with a proper one.

Seruiosly until you get P.C. shoes some leather covers laced into the strings will cover up the flyers. I have used this "trick" for youths for many years . :idunno:

I am almost finished with this project. Here is the coat.

I have shoe from Fugawee on the way.
Thanks for looking, Sean

Here's an updated photo. Still lots to do before I'm finished with this.

Thanks for looking,
Sean
