Mike Belliveau's latest update on his battle to keep his "Duelist Den's" property for his personal shooting activities:

If it can happen to Mike it could be anyone of us. North Hopewell Pa. Zoning board should get strong letters sent to them by many of us. Will it do any good? Probably not....but it lets them know that in this case their actions are known well outside their boundaries....

Thanks for posting the update. I guess no bad news is good news. It is a crime to have to pay so much in time and $$$ to prove you are right.

I am glad he received the funds to fight this, unfortunately many people lose battles like this or PLEAD GUILTY because they do not have the funds to fight the unlimited resources of government.

If I won this case, I would go for financial restitution of all my legal costs as well as a public apology for malicious prosecution from the jerk who started it in the first place.
