Just got back from the range. There was a big shoot last week. I was the only soul around today. I managed to "mine" ten lbs. fresh lead off the top of the ground. I do love the new found popularity of the 20 guage smoothbores! I get 7-8 balls for my .32 or 3 for the .45 from just one of those slugs!! Please you guys, buy more "Besses"!!! Buy more fowelers!!! More Tulles!!!

We try and keep the centerfire shotgunners on 2 lanes when they shoot their slugs too. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

One of my tricks for many years, free lead for the digging, or even picking up right off the ground...

There is usually a pile of splattered lead below the metal targets, plus you are helping the enviorment... :winking:
