Does anybody know where I can get a Modena style patchbox? It seems TOTW doesn't carry them anymore. :hmm:

Yup. Muzzleloaders Builders Supply, part number 11141 (steel) #11142 (brass) or #11143 (German silver) is offered by Susie.
The original was steel.
Looking at the picture in her catalog and page 32 in HAWKEN RIFLES by John Baird, shows some minor differences but the areas that might need modifying would all envolve removing a little material. Of course, the catalog picture may not be exactly like the patch box she is selling.
The catalog says the price is $24.

Thanks Gentlemen, for your help. I knew I had seen these somewhere before on sale. Don Stith provided her with this pattern from a tracing of an original rifles box. I suppose there were little differences from one rifle to another on the old originals.
