Mountain Man Coyote hat

I have a 54" long coyote pelt my brother in law tanned and was wondering if anyone knows of a site online where i can view the making process of turning a yote pelt into a hat. I'd like it to cover my ears also. Any books i can buy to show how to do this stuff?
