I`m moving to Accomack co. Virginia. I`ve been looking online, but I can`t find any blackpowder or sportsmans club in the area. I just want a place to shoot my muzzleloaders. Any info would be
appreciated.

The closest I get that far east towards the Peninsula is Hampton, VA; so I can not provide personal experience.

I think the closest Range to where you will be is the Lafayette Gun Club. Though this is a "Members Club," it is not terribly difficult to go to one of their shoots and find out about folks who shoot black powder there or other places. http://www.lafayettegunclub.org/outdoor-range.aspx

However, the Virginia Shooting Sports Association is a great outfit to ask for more detailed information.

Hope this helps.

some WMA's have ranges. looks like the one at the Chickahominy WMA is the closest to you. it is just a little west of Williamsburg. i have been to the range and hunted the area both. check the VDGIF web sight for more info.

You might call the Choptank Muzzle Loaders and ask about shoots on the Eastern Shore

There is the Salisbury Gun Club

The there is Delmarva Sporting Clays & rifle Range. They go out to 300 and 500 yards IF you are wondering what your muzzleloader will do at those distances...

Somebody at one of these places may be able to clue you in on local stuff.

I'm in SE Va. We have rendezvous 2x per year in Surry County with Old Virginia Primitive Riflemen club, and I recently found out about the James River Black Powder club range, (near Disputanta) which has monthly shoots and camping, which I am supposed to attend first time Nov 21. call B. hope to see you in the woods! OVJ

I live in Salisbury, just up the road from you in Accomack. Limited on the Delmarva, but Delmarva Sporting clays always enjoys seeing the traditional guns and you can bench or off hand shoot at any distance. I also camp at Surry, have since '93 or so as mentioned by another in this thread, great camp, great woodswalk. James River club is nice, but they are both on the other side of the bay from you. You can also try the Lancaster PA camp 1st week of May each year, Shanendoah Longrifles has a Labor Day camp.
