Why do people find this odd that Amazon would be selling these? Also, with free shipping, why do you think that they are not transporting them correctly?

At $24 a tin you are paying for shipping.

The hazardous materials fee is not required by any government agency. That fee is something that shippers of hazardous materials arbitrarily charge the customer for the additional requirements of shipping hazardous materials, and it is not required.
IMO at $24 a tin, shipping and HM fees are already factored in.

Who has seen ANY # 10's lately? I truly believe they are a thing of the past

1 sight looked at recently only had #10. I think it was powder valley but not sure
