Mutton tallow?

Where does one buy mutton tallow in east central IL or west central IND? I'm going to Friendship the next time it comes around (never been there before). Does anyone sell that type of thing there?

You might have to check the yellow pages and find your meat processing plants in the area and call them and see who is butchering sheep, and then get some tallow from them and render it down.

Flintlocks Inc. the first sheep shed that you come to when you come in the gate(at Friendship) has rendered sheep tallow.

Not much in the line of sheep farming around here. I'll just wait until Friendship.
