WANTED Muzzle Counterbore tool

There was a gentleman on this site who made a muzzle counterboring reaming tool which allowed loading the ball down in the barrel without using a ball starter. If someone knows his contact information or his website it would be appreciated.

It is a 'coning tool' that puts a looooong taper to the muzzle-end of the bore. I've now done over a dozen, some for me, some for friends and NO ONE has been disappointed!
