Muzzleloading Hunting in Arkansas?

I would like to plan a deer hunt to Arkansas this season. Does anyone know of any public hunting areas that would be open to an out of state hunter in the southwest of Arkansas. Thanks. Heck

Contact the Arkansas State game department, and ask them to send you information on public hunting areas. Maps are commonly asked for and given out, particularly to out-of-state hunters.
