Been working on this one awhile now. I wanted to do something with this silver fox mask I had, and decided to put it on a pouch flap.

The leather is two tone because it`s some bargain bin scrap stuff I got for a buck or two. I didn`t have enough of the same color for the whole project. (I`m cheap). . I stitched it by hand with waxed linen. The strap is black canvas, tri folded so it`s 3 layers thick, stitched together with yarn.
Inside is lined with ticking, and has an inner pocket for my short starter, measure, and other stuff I want to find quick.

I`m happy with the way it turned out. I didn`t have it planned in advance, the design came together as I worked.
All comments, and/or criticism welcome. Thanks for looking.

Great looking bag! looks like your design came together with good results.

Makes me think of those 30-40 roadkill raccoons near me need salvaging. DOT just put in a brand highway here in the Salt Lake Valley next to the great salt lake marshes. Hundreds of raccoons have gone to heaven since they opened the road a few months ago....plus a few muleys, muskrats, cats and other critters. It's a fur and bone scroungers shopping mall.
