Thought I would be able to still shoot these when my right eye and left shoulder went bad at the same time. Found out today that my cervical spine is pinchng the nerves that control my hands & arms. Sometimes I can't even dress my self , so I am not going to place others in harms way. If the Drs can find a way to " fix it" I will try to get back to shooting. Until then I wikl just listen and learn here on the forum.

That is truly unfortunate. I hope your doctor or doctors can find a way to ease your discomfort so you can enjoy your life and hobbies.

I had an unexpected back problem in 2020 that would leave me writhing on the ground in pain. A good chiropractor got me into shape. I hope you find a swift recovery from your discomfort!

I have a great chiropractor, she said she can't help me anymore due to the advanced artheritis damage. The bines are pressing on the spinal column and its either surgery or live with it. I'm not giving up though. I've got too much bp and caps, flints and lead !

Good attitude! I feel bad for people who don't have hobbies and interests to keep them going, it's important to have a reason to get out of bed everyday. I also found cutting sugar, alcohol, and grains from my diet helped a lot, and eating plenty of good old red meat.

I am sorry. Not much is worse than consistent pain. I suffered 10 years with spine issues. I was in a wheelchair two months before I finally found a surgeon who fixed it. Sort of. Pain level has gone from a 10 to a 3.

Hope they can do some modern miracle micro-surgery and get you back on track! Don't unload anything until you're sure of the outcomes! Best of luck!

I second (or third) the reccos for a good chiropractor. One who practices direct spinal manipulation. And more specifically one who graduated from Palmer College and who practices the Gonstead technique:

https://gonstead.com/

I've been managing to survive a form of spinal arthritis for many years thanks mostly to chiropractic care.

But be aware, not all chiropractors are the same. Do your research and ask about treatment modalities.

Please try this before you succumb to the surgeons, whose work is permanent but with no guarantee of success. With chiropractic there's no cutting and nothing artificial and at worst case you're not any worse off than before.
