My gun rack

I've considered a live edge plank, chain beat, and sealed with wrought iron hangers for my long gun. I like what you and your son made.

Have to move the TV around the room this winter. Wife wants it moved to a wall mount over the fireplace.
I don't think she realizes with the TV moved I can add more stuff. Wrought iron hangers and shelf supports. Powder cans.

This was years ago and in another state but it was an enterior room, no windows and only one door. Tiny room that looked more like a utility room.

Is there felt on top of the RR spikes?

Yes it is . and thank you. The spikes are cut down and I threaded them and bolted from the back . I used black sticky felt so I blended in.

So I was mistaken that you drove the spikes into the 2 x 4s in the wall to hold it all to the wall..... (The redneck way)
