Couldn't walk away from this one!
While the bore looked good, there was a defect RIGHT at the ball seat...
Fortunately, I had a spare barrel!
While I can not mention the load, she does bug hole. 3 shot 50 yard groups ran from 5/8ths to 1 &1/8ths. That one was my fault.
I did put a T/C aperture on her.
The walnut is rather blonde and I apologize for the glare. T/C's factory finish is a tad shiny... But the grain is wonderful!
Only God can make a tree...

Nice pickup. I miss Caplock renegade. I sold it a couple years ago. The gentleman who bought it called me and was very happy. He planed to give it to his son for Christmas. I was glad it went to a good home.
 
Why can't you mention the load? Black powder subs like Pyrodex, T7, and the like are allowed to be talked about on this forum.
