Those are all fine looking rifles, and now i want one to just another one to add to the list. Interesting to me that the sights and barrel appear to be identical to the CVA Mt. Rifle. That rear semi buckhorn is one of my all time favorites. J

Does anyone have any knowledge of serialization? I have a 54 with brass wrist and thick brass buttplate. Its stamped MOWREY, and numbered 103xx. I'd love to find out where and by whom it was made, but can't find anything.
