my Pedersoli priming pen missing parts

bought it 2 month ago, opened today, clearly missing a nozzle. Does Pedersoli got US customer service?

I hate to tell you this but I do believe that's a nipple primer, made to go over a nipple and fill it with 3 f to clear a dry ball.

Nipple primer but package says pan primer...but package looks pretty old so unlikely Pedersoli would correct the error.
