Thanks all
I found it at a yard sale believe it or not.
wood was kinda crappy and needed a little shave job, finish was a gray looking almost parkerized finish.
The triggers are Davis triggers(marked), barrel only has .50 stamped on the top left flat,no markings on the lock but looks to be very robust and well made, has 101 marked on the end of the breech plug.
I redid the wood with glass then fine sanded then did the Tru Oil thing.
browned all the metal using Laurel Mountain Forge solution and fitted a different trigger guard.
Shoots damn good with a .495 RB and .012 patch lubed with bore butter and peanut oil, patch is made out of cotton muslin, cut into strips, I tie a strip the the bag strap and use the patch knife I made. I use a 60.0 charge of 2F unless shooting 100 yrds or more then its 90.0 of 2F
