Name this painting?

I've never been a very artsy person per se, but in Ken Hamilton's series on the French knives of North America he had a piece that really speaks to me.
From memory it was called "The Swiss drinker" but a search for that online comes up with nothing. The scavenology site that had the articles is no longer online.

I'd like to find a print for my den if possible.

Any help is appreciated.

Some have referred to the painting as simply: Mine.
