Looks like a Middle East wall hanger. They churn out these by the thousands each year for sale to the tourist trade. The Western tourists buy them and display them on the wall in the Den or The Study.

Agree with Dave. Middle Eastern tourist display piece. This one likely made from about the 1970's or later. Never made to fire.
