Well. I guess i will hang on to it and bore it out to a .24ga/.58cal.

New, never fired Traditions Blunderbuss assembled from one of their $399.00 kits. This one is ready to take out and have a blast with. Use a .54 round ball or a load of shot. $350 shipped. NO FFL required.
More pics after i added another coat of Tru Oil. Or cut the flare off the end and make ya a short barrel blanket gun.
From their website.
The Traditions™ Blunderbuss Kit comes in .54 caliber percussion ignition. The Blunderbuss features a flared steel barrel and features a single-trigger percussion ignition. The shotgun's hardwood stock is accented by a beautiful brass trigger guard and butt plate furniture. The 16 3/4" trumpet-style barrel is designed to shoot .54 caliber round balls or a variety of shot sizes. Once finished the Traditions Blunderbuss Rifle is great to enjoy out to the range, in the field, or simply displayed on your wall.

Yep, this is the third one i have put together. They have all need the breech shimmed up some and so finagling and filing on the trigger bar. Thank you for the + press.

yeah I had to do the same with mine, but once I got it all put together it was all good to go

I have been using F Shot and 7.5 in a buck and shot load as it is a little small for a proper buck and ball load.

Yea, i thought about having this one bored out to .24 ga/ .58 cal but not sure how the flare is attached and thought it might come off when drilled.

Sitting on that kayak (?), makes me think it's about perfect for a canoe gun
