I have an Austin & Halleck moutain rifle 50 perc.
It is one of the Provo guns with the upgraded stock.
I am wanting to go to a bigger bore.
It is 1" across and would like to know how big I can go?
Re-bore with round bottom rifling.
Who and at what cost does this run?
If a new barrel is the better route who would be in the running
to build a new drop in to fit.
I know they had mixed quality but this ones fit and finish
is right up there with my custom jobs that as good as they come.
I would appreciate it if someone could steer me in the right
direction.

Ed Rayl or Bobby Hoyt can do them. I would think you could easily go to a .62 caliber, but best to call them & ask. Also best to get the cost from the horses mouth, so to speak, and it be a updated cost & delivery.

Got Mr. Hoyts name on another board and will give him a call
on Mon.
