Hey guys, I've been reading for awhile and already posting a few questions / observations, everything around here is very helpful, I'm glad I found the site.
In June at the Battle of Stoney Creek reenactment I made a semi-impulse Brown Bess (India pattern) purchase, and have been VERY happy with it. I say Semi because I've been familiar with the distributor & related period firearms for at least a couple years, that being militaryheritage.com
Yes it's an India-made musket, but honestly it looks great, fires VERY consistently and has sparked an interest for the shooting hobby as a whole. I want my first flint rifle asap..
I've been shooting shot, paper cartridge roundball and of course big smokey blanks for show!
Oh, and my name is Jordan, pleasure to meet you all.
