I just got back from Alaska a few weeks ago. Spent a couple of nights in Fairbank on the Chena River in your neck of the woods before and after heading up the the Arctic Circle. Lots of folks in the mountains for opening of Dall Sheep hunting season. Next time I visit Alaska, I'm taking a hunting rifle! Welcome to the forum.
