Welcome from The Woodlands!
Frankston may be small, but there's a Dairy Queen!
And Bacon Chevrolet!
Best of all, no Wallyworld!
But, most importantly, does anyone in town sell black powder and caps? :ghostly:
It is small, and there is a DQ. Also a Subway and two pizza joints. I can not find caps or Powder anywhere around the Tyler area. If anyone knows of a place please let me know.

Seems the first one of these I did did not post. New to Muzzleloaders and Black powder. Building a Investarms Gemmer Hawken at the moment. Did not take any before pictures, but I will post a completed photo.

Thanks for having me.

Thought I would add some pictures of the Hawken Rifle I just finished from a kit. Please be gentle, this was my first. I was not trying to make it look old, just in my own style. The wood (i believe European Walnut) had very little figure, so I added the faux tiger strips. The metal was draw filed and finished with Mark Lee Express Blue. A lot more work than I thought it would be. Will shoot sometime this week.

Thanks

I was in Bullard yesterday. I like that town. Any good gun shops over there?
There was a shop in the area who had BP, not sure he has it now.

Noonday Gun Trader has some BP revolvers, they appear interesting, but I was in a hurry picking up a modern pistol. Need to go back.

I know where powder is available, but it will until June before I go there.
