New guy from Va

Hi everyone. My name is Brian, and I have just jumped into the the world of flintlocks. I've owned and hunted with an inline for several years but about a year ago I got the itch for a flintlock. I looked at some kits like those from Cabela's and CVA and the like, but knew I would quickly be sorry if that's what I got. As I told my wife (as I'm sure many have) "This will probably be my last rifle for a long time, so I should get a good one". I ordered an Issac Haines style, .45cal kit from Sitting Fox and expect delivery sometime next week. This looks like a great forum to be part of, and is obviously the home of some talented gun builders. I appreciate eveyone's help in advance with the many questions I will have, my head is already swimming when I think about the project I've got ahead of me!
