new knife

got this Damascus knife for $45 it was a second had a couple of scratches on the blade,a friend got one last year ,the first thing i did was remove the paka wood scales and i did not like the finger ring either,also removed one of the finger spacers it feels much better in the hand now i fitted black walnut scales nearly got a good edge on it but needs a bit more work,it has a 5" blade and 4&1/2" handle willmake a good skinning knife.
