Hello all: Just signed up, I'm a lifelong shooter and firearms enthusiast, and now recently retired have a bit more time to enjoy the sport. So far my muzzleloader collection is limited to a 1960's Dixie lefthand, (Moroku barrel) Tennessee Po'Boy flinter in 50 cal. I have a 1860's double 13 gauge shotgun ( might be Danish) damascus ribbed barrels... and my latest is a Pedersoli Pennsylvania flintlock also in 50. Looking forward to posing a few questions to the group as i find my feet. Best! Steve

I have one of the Dixie Miroku LH .50 cal. SMR flinters. With the Japanese cherry stock; these were in their catalog forever, they finally closed them out some years back, when I bought mine from a flyer sale. About 600 at the time, but that was a lot more money back whenever that was! I lose track over time of stuff so now try to date or tag things. The Japanese practically worship the Cherry tree, so stocking a rifle in it is pretty cool!

Welcome from Packer country. That Pedersoli PA is on my wanna list, but the funds are pretty well tapped out for awhile. Maybe after my next project is done, which is still a few weeks away: a Kibler SMR in .45 cal.
