Hi all

UK shooter here (we exist, not sure how many folks here are from my side of the pond)

I am not new to shooting, but I am fairly new to muzzle loading, though it's always the side of shooting I've found the most interesting

I have a Parker Hale P58 Enfield which I've took out to shoot a few times, I will be asking for some support with this rifle shortly..

I'm sure I'll learn a great deal here, thanks for having me

Hello and welcome from Arkansas, USA. We have at least one other member here from the UK, Britsmoothie. He is an avid ml'er and gives us some very interesting posts. We had another, Squire Robin, who unfortunately left us some time ago. Robin came and visited with me and we went ml hunting a few years back. He is a very proper English gentleman. I believe, sadly, that some of our Yankee humor struck him the wrong way and that is why he left. Bare with us and do hang in with your ml activities.

Welcome on board! Those PH P58 Enfields are finely made, I'm jealous. Wish me luck, I have a replica powder flask stuck in Royal Mail pergatory as "suspected prohibited goods". Hopefully a postal inspector gets their hands on my package that knows it is harmless, otherwise there will be one less Dixon Colt Navy style bag flask in the world

Hello so you are from the uk , I am in Esher KT10 ORQ This is a fantastic forum, and lovely people. So glad you are on board from this side of the pond. I used to go to the ml hut at Bisely but they got kicked out in 2013 , hut still empty They meet somewhere but no replies to my emails. I shoot pcp bsa Scorpio 177 and 22 and ionx bow Police would not renew my shotgun cert and it’s unlikely I’ll get an fac. It don’t bother me . My pal in Norfolk is a great shooter but he says muzzle loading is just too slow, although he belongs to a ml club .
Been shooting since I was 12 , Regards Gordon
