I just spent a month in NM at Moriarty. Edgewood is not too far away, I met lots of friendly folks, and was struck by their common courtesy; they made me feel welcome, and more than one asked when I was going to move out there! I hope to spend more time in NM in the future, but I'm not young anymore. Seems like NM would be a great place for muzzleloading, it does take a while to get somewhere, though. Saw my first wild antelope, and prairie dogs.

Hey everyone,
I'm here in Corona, NM. Middle part of the state. Haven't had time to do much shooting lately and have never built a persona with accoutrements Maybe one day.
If anyone wants to shoot, let me know.

I live in Raton. Holler if you are ever up here in the NE corner of the State amigo.
I love that part of the state up around Raton/Springer. I lived in Springer for 6 yrs., and even worked as a cop in Raton for a few months...but that seems like about 100 yrs. ago. Sure some fun hunting and fishing around that area (and I always loved to eat at The Sweet Shop).
