.....Hope you didn't patent that design -- I'll be trying a copy/mod of that rascal ! keep it comin. MM
Wick, excellent work as usual. As MM said, hope I can copy (at least the design) the measure, but mine won't be as nice looking! Now, lemme see...which antler do I want to screw up, I mean fashion into a beautiful, functional work of art like that? :hmm:

"Whats wrong there buddy? Did i touch a nerve?
Nice measure, now you need to make a leash for your flints"

Now that's a fact. I think I need to glue them in with J&B WELD.

     Nice very nice... Cheers , from this a loyalist Dawg :hatsoff:

You have no idea how much I admire (read envy) your skill and talent. Everything you show is a thing of beauty....

Wick... this one is going to my favorite file!!

Very Nice Work.. nothing wrong with that kind of Road Kill!

Thank you all for your generous comments. Geez, I never expected such response for a simple powder measure. Maybe I need to give up knives, and go to producing measures. Thankyou all again. I genuinely appreciate your response. I honestly didn't think it was that special. Thanks. I somehow feel humbled, or just surprised. I guess, somehow, every now and then, I just stumble on the unexpected. A genuine thankyou to all.

You do good work!
(for a old guy)

I am fortune enough to visit Wicks shop on a regular basis, he has remarkable talant, you would be amazed at some of the things he has made and the craftmanship involved. Plus he is as nice a guy that you could ever meet.
Im not a spokes person for his knives or trying to push his wares(his work does that on its own)
But if you are at a event look him up and pay a visit, his work will blow you away!

Thats the last kind words you are getting out of me, my friend!! Dont get use to it!

I am in awe of Wick's work. If I were closer, I would be trying to get an invite...

:shocked2: NO! I've got two trade knife kits ordered! :shocked2: Set the antler down and back away, slowly. :rotf:

Seriously, that is fine work Wick. I am amazed how even and fluid the flute lines are. I've tried and just can't get mine even and smooth flowing like that. Very find work.

I like that color as well. Did you have to rub the color of the high spots a bit or did the dye just "take" to the low spots more?

And keep working that antler!
