Great looking bag BB. I made one similar to it out of TC Alberts book. I like mine and the flap extends out past the end of the bag opening as you stated to protect from rain or other foreign matter entering the bag. :hatsoff:

No kidding. As does the rifle. My wife laid out a string of spring chores, then some contracts appeared. Between that and sour weather, I haven't so much as fired a shot through the rifle yet. Or taken any more photos, as requested by Artificer. Must fix.....

Oh yeah. Just in the finishing stages on another bag, and knock on wood. That's two in a row I haven't bloodied! :rotf:

Pics of the new one to come in another thread a day or two from now.
 
It's veg tanned.

Just finished another bag. Still owe you answers to questions on the prior bag, and I'll answer those along with the new bag.... Once I photograph it.
