New to site and muzzle loading!

Hi, I am from upstate NY and new to this site, as well as new to muzzleloading! Actually, I just ordered a Lyman Great Plains Rifle .50cal KIT and am waiting for it to come in.

Looking forward to a little bit of a winter project in building the GPR, which allows me to take my time and really pay attention to detail. I also look forward to learning more about muzzleloading and blackpowder shooting in general. I hope to find some Goex for sale locally, I know of a guy that shoots a lot of blackpowder so maybe I can go in on an order.

I reside in Wayne County Pretty decent area and I have a great range to shoot at, even if it is paper only!
