nipple size

I have a Investarm .54 cal Hawken hunter (I think that is the right model). Anyway, when i bought it, it didn't have a nipple. So ordered one (metric) but the threads didn't match. So does anybody know what I need to order. I don't have a thread gage that will fit in the hole. Steve

Do you know the thread size of the one you ordered? there are more than one metric size ..
And is it just the thread pitch that is wrong or the diameter also wrong?

For a Investarms you need a 6-.75 metric nipple.

Yep 6-.75 Will do it. Keep the 6X1 mm nipples as they fit the Spanish guns.
