Anyone ever have problems with nipple wrenches that were supposedly designed for #11s that don't fit certain #11 nipples on your guns due to bottoming out because hole is too small?

I just bought one that fits #11's AND musket caps. My thought is it should have a bigger hole. Perhaps this one will be truly "universal."

I'll just wait and see.

I bought a Traditions combo wrench for 2 flat #11 and musket caps. The flats of the wrench were the correct size for the musket nipple but the hole to accept the cone of the nipple was too small. I just ran a 1/4" drill in the hole to open it up and it worked fine.

seems that they all out of the package need to have a file put to them?
